Terms and Conditions of Service — VSFoto

2. Scope of services VSFoto provides professional photography services for businesses and private clients, including:
- corporate events
- weddings and ceremonies
- family photo sessions
- custom laser-engraved products
3. Booking and payment A booking is considered confirmed only once a deposit has been paid. The balance must be paid within the agreed terms.
In the event of non-payment, VSFoto reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service.
4. Cancellation and refunds If the client cancels:
- the deposit is non-refundable
- any further refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
If the photographer is unable to provide the service, an alternative solution or a refund will be offered.
5. Delivery of materials Delivery times vary depending on the service and will be communicated to the client. Images will be delivered in digital format via an online platform.
6. Use of images VSFoto reserves the right to use the images it creates for promotional purposes (portfolio, website, social media), unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of liability VSFoto is not liable for:
- adverse weather conditions
- unforeseeable technical problems
- delays caused by third parties
8. Refusal of service VSFoto reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the service in the following cases:
- offensive or unprofessional behaviour
- requests that do not comply with the law
- failure to respect the agreed terms
9. Governing law This agreement is governed by Italian law.
10. Privacy Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Specific Terms for Virtual Tours and Digital Services
Virtual tour hosting. For projects hosted on the VSFoto platform, the agreed price includes a minimum hosting period of 24 months from the date of publication and delivery of the live web address. There is no automatic renewal. Any subsequent renewal is subject to acceptance of a new price proposal.
Service availability. VSFoto undertakes to keep the tour published for the contractual period, except for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical problems, force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any service disruptions will be handled according to the agreed support terms.
Later changes. Content updates, changes to logos, addresses or business information, new panoramas or structural changes are not part of routine maintenance and may be quoted separately.
Publication on third-party platforms. Publication on Google Maps, Street View or other external services is subject to the requirements and decisions of the respective platforms. VSFoto does not guarantee the ranking, indefinite availability or specific visibility of content on platforms it does not directly control.
Delivery of materials. The type, quantity, formats, method and timing of file delivery are set out in the approved quote. RAW files, source files and editable technical projects are not included unless expressly agreed.
Usage rights. The client’s use of the photos, videos and tours is governed by the agreed licence. Any further use, transfer of rights or distribution of source files requires a specific agreement.
Filming permissions. The client cooperates in obtaining the permissions needed to access locations and carry out filming. The use and publication of images of people, protected works and cultural heritage must respect the applicable rights and laws.
Drone services. Drone work is subject to technical, weather and regulatory feasibility. Documentation of damage and building conditions is photo and video only and does not constitute a technical survey.
Cancellations and rescheduling. The terms for changing the date, postponing or cancelling the job are set out in the approved quote or contract.
